   • Links on thumbnail photos in photo galleries do not have a text description, and alternative text is missing for images (criteria 1.1.1 and 2.4.4 of WCAG 2.1 standard). Given the quantity of photos and the capacities of the website operator, adding meaningful alternative text to all photos would cause disproportionate burden (according to Section 7 of the Act).
   • Some documents published on the website in PDF format are not fully accessible (all information in the document is not in text form, thus available only in image format). For these documents, their full electronic conversion would be complex and time-consuming. However, in the interest of accessibility, the number of such documents is limited to the lowest possible level.
